Product Overview

This equipment is used to tilt and empty the sand box containing hot sand and castings in the lost foam production line. The process involves the lifting cylinder raising the sand box, followed by the tipping cylinder, which tilts the box to a 126-degree limit. The sand box is then placed on a moving roller conveyor.

Components

The equipment consists of a tilting arm, lifting mechanism, tilting mechanism, and supporting structure.

The tilting arm is made of steel plates, while the support frame is welded from H-shaped steel to form a gantry structure. The tilting arm’s bearing seat is made of cast steel, with bearings from reputable brands. It can be operated both automatically and manually.
